WHAT ARE YOUR PROPERTY STANDARDS?
Each of our property have different standards and many of them have private pools and gardens in general. The items and furniture in it differ according to the property and we ask you to consult the sales officers on the subject.
HOW TO CARRY FOR property CLEANING AND CARE?
All our properties are delivered to the guests clean. Property cleaning is under the responsibility of the guest during the stay. If the guest requests extra cleaning, cleaning is provided for an extra fee. In addition, daily pool and garden cleaning is done by property authorities free of charge.
MINIMUM HOW DAYS IS PROPERTY RENTAL PERIOD?
The minimum stay period varies in each of our properties, and the minimum stay period is shaped according to the low and high season. In general, in the low season, an extra cleaning fee is requested for a minimum of 3 days and in the high season a minimum of 5 or 7 nights.
WHAT ARE ENTRANCE AND EXIT TIMES TO THE PROPERTIES?
Although the facility varies according to your choice, in general, the check-in time is after noon [16.00] and the check-out time is [10.00] in the morning at the latest.
HOW IS THE DAMAGE DEPOSITO PROCEDURE APPLIED?
Damage deposit is requested in cash outside the accommodation fee upon arrival at the facility. The deposit to be given is returned to you completely on the day of departure, if there is no deficiency or damage to the furniture in the property during the stay. In the accommodation contract sent to you, the penalty conditions in case of damage and deficiency are specified in detail.
DO PETS ALLOWED TO THE PROPERTIES?
In general, many properties are not allowed pets. However, as there is a change according to the property, we ask you to consult the sales officers on the subject.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN TECHNICAL PROBLEMS DURING THE ACCOMMODATION TIME?
When entering your property, we kindly ask you to record the property’s official's number. If there is any technical problem, you can call the property representative 24/7.
